The Renton Neighborhood
Renton, Washington is located 11 miles southeast of Seattle. It borders the shores of Lake Washington at the mouth of the Cedar River. With a population over 100,000 it is the ninth-largest municipality in Washington state.
First settled by Europeans in 1875, today it’s known as a major business hub for such companies as Boeing (who manufactures the 737 jet here), as well as Paccar, Kaiser Permanente, and Wizards of the Coast and countless others.
