The Medina Neighborhood
Medina, WA was laid out in 1915 and officially incorporated in 1955. It’s a quiet and upscale residential city, home to about 3,000 residents.
The town's first mansions were built in the 1920s, and led to the nickname of Washington's "Gold Coast". Two of Medina’s notable residents are Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos.
