Clyde Hill

The Clyde Hill Neighborhood

The City of Clyde Hill has views of Lake Washington, Mount Rainer, the Olympic Mountains, and the Cascade Mountains. It is an affluent suburb of Bellevue, but an independent city. Clyde Hill is home to about 3,000 people.

It was originally settled by fruit and vegetable farmers in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Clyde Hill is ranked 10th in the US for most landscapers hired per square mile.
